Delicatessen
Our extensive delicatessen range brings together the finest of Scottish and International recipes. All have been developed for their distinctive flavours and outstanding quality. We have multi-versatile production facilities which include dedicated nitrite & non-nitrite production plants. This enables production of a wide range including, Lamb, Ham, Pork, Beef and coated products to be produced specifically tailored to our customers’ requirements.

The range is further diversified with a variety of finishes including, Smoked, Natural Roast, Honey Roast, Mustard, Peppered and a range of meat contents from 70% to 100%.

Traditional products with RME (raw meat equivalent) in excess of 100% are also manufactured.
