I want to get design back into DIY and then you can show you can make something beautiful and trendy and very fashionable and unique to people who are not comfortable wearing second hand or homemade items. Self-made things are seen as frumpy or that they must be something ugly; this is a myth I want to break and this is something I look for when I make connections with other DIYers. Late Derby Heartbreak For Dolphin [Shop]10/05/2013 13:22:23
Late Derby Heartbreak For Dolphin Eamon Mills; John Gleeson, Rory Scannell, Cian Bohane, Danny Barnes; Barry Keeshan, Brian Slater; James Cronin, Niall Scannell (capt), Christy Condon, Chris Rowe, Darren O'Shea, Rob O'Herlihy, Miah Cronin, Ryan Murphy. Darragh Lyons; Cronan Healy, Niall O'Driscoll, Scott Deasy, Alex Ryan; Johnny Holland, Gerry Hurley (capt); John Ryan, Andrew O'Driscoll, Chris Corkery, Ian Nagle, Brian Hayes, Cathal O'Flaherty, Graeme Lawler, James Ryan. Replacements: Bryan Cagney, Andrew Cudmore, Conor Desmond, James Rochford, Robert Clune. Prop John Ryan emerged as the unlikely match winner, his try in deepest injury-time putting Constitution ahead and Johnny Holland's conversion wrapped up the result. At that stage, Dolphin were down to 13 men after Danny Barnes saw yellow and prop Christy Condon followed him into the sin-bin for a high tackle. Dolphin were chasing their fourth Division 1A victory on the trot. They were also looking to avenge an 18-13 reversal at Temple Hill earlier in the campaign. Although Holland put fourth-placed Constitution ahead early on, the visitors were soon playing catch-up after losing number 8 James Ryan to the sin-bin. Barry Keeshan slotted a levelling penalty and then the experienced out-half converted lock Chris Rowe's try to give Steve Ford's men a 10-3 buffer. The Dolphin pack profited from a solid set piece, winning some of the visitors' lineout throws and busy flanker Miah Cronin nipped in for a converted try on the stroke of half-time. That score gave the hosts a considerable boost and the vocal home crowd were willing Dolphin to push on in the second period. However, derby games of this nature are notoriously tight affairs and Constitution remained in touch thanks to the boot of Holland. The young out-half, with 109 league points to his name before kick-off, was holding his own against his opposite number Keeshan in terms of influencing play and converting from the kicking tee. But Dolphin were within touching distance of the win following a smashing try from Munster's David O'Callaghan which began with a break out of the hosts' 22. Keeshan converted for a 24-6 lead, only for O'Callaghan's Munster colleague Brian Hayes to snap a quick try back for Cork Con with Holland supplying the extras. That kept Brian Walsh's charges in the hunt and although Dolphin defended in determined fashion as the clock ticked down, mistakes did creep into their game. A missed kick to touch and the concession of a penalty for excessive use of the boot invited Cork Con forward, with Holland setting up a close-in lineout. They worked it into a scrum and then replacement prop Bryan Cagney burrowed over for a converted try, which looked like being a consolation score. But Dolphin blundered with an accidental offside, handing a late scrum to Constitution and in a cruel twist of fate the home side lost their grip on the game during a lengthy spell of injury-time. The increasing penalties led to Barnes and Condon seeing yellow, and the visitors had enough time for Ryan to force his way over for the most important try of an entertaining contest.
I'm losing control [Shop]05/05/2013 17:05:32
I'm losing control This probably isnt the right spot to place my question. But, I will try. four months ago I gave birth by c-section. I am 37, lacking seven pounds to being back to my ideal weight. I have been having pressure in my chest. Although no pain, numbness, or other then normal tiredness with a baby that still wakes up every two hours. I feel good. My blood pressure at home is usually 125/88. At rest it is 119/75. When I am up doing things I will take my BP. On an automatic one it reads 144/99 On a regular stethoscope and cuff it reads 130/88. When my menstrual comes around everything is totally out of control. For instance my last one I felt it coming a week before it happened. I get really aggravated, moody, tired, dizzy, cramps, headaches, servere depression, and so on. Anything and everything that could possibly go wrong with the heart my family has had and died of it, or has it. I must add that I do have aniexty and choose to deal with it without medications. Mind over matter. I will admitt i am stressed with teenage attitudes, an adoptive 7 year old diaginosed with ADHD, ODD and test still pending. And a new baby. I also may add that I am a firefighter/first responder and a full time mom. I don't really have time to see a doctor. What does my future hold for me. and what BP should I really listen to the automatic one or the stethoscope. You could have the "post-partum blues", lots of women get them when their hormones start to get back into place. Plus you don't have a normal sleeping pattern, when you are up you are tired and cranky which adds to the depression. You may want to talk with a Psychologist about the "blues", not because you're mental but because you have the Mommy blues. I would recommend finding time to talk to this person, you'll like the relief you feel afterwards. The electric B/P cuffs in the stores aren't calibrated right, people abuse them and it messes their accuracy up, don't go by the reading on those cuffs. The home style electronic B/P cuffs aren't calibrated well either. If you flex while it's taking the pressure it will be all off. The best one is the good, old fashion stethoscope and sphygmomanometer (B/P cuff)
